Please note ordering is a manual process, I don't have a shopping
cart (yet).
You have 2 choices in ordering. You can download the ordering
form as a word document or as an HTML page. You can e-mail the
Word document back, or mail it. The word document will be easiest
for you and me, but the HTML is provided in case you don't have
word.

You can also e-mail me all the information on the form, making
sure to provide all the details. I do not necessarily need the
official ordering form. But it will be easiest to fill out the
word document and return it as an attachment.
Payment can be done by credit card (visa/mc), check, money
order, or Paypal. If you want to pay using Amex or Discover,
use the Paypal merchant services link below after e-mailing the
form to me (less the credit card info). Note you do not need
a Paypal account to use this service and it is a secured online
transaction.
